Recently established, Over Entertainment supports and promotes the activities of the European Classical Orchestra (ECO), a youth ensemble specifically created to foster the careers of talented musicians aged between eighteen and thirty.
Objectives
Through ECO, the Association aims to:
1. Create a center of musical excellence
2. Support, enhance and promote talent
3. Reward motivation, commitment and dedication
4. Develop an ambitious artistic project
5. Promote a concert activity both in Switzerland and abroad
6. Build a loyal and engaged audience
Opportunities
For its young members, ECO offers the opportunity to:
1. Broaden skills in orchestral practice (professional dimension)
2. Experience meaningful dialogue and sharing (ethical dimension)
3. Cultivate a sense of beauty and harmony (aesthetic dimension)

When adding to this the awareness of how significant the contribution of an orchestra can be to culture in general, it becomes clear that Over Entertainment’s choice goes beyond mere logistics: it embraces a much deeper meaning, combining the musical experience with the recovery of a horizon of values that remains a key reference point for society.
A Life Project
Belonging to a virtuous group implies mutual respect and encourages each member to understand that personal freedom ends where that of others begins, and vice versa. If freedom presupposes the willingness to change oneself in relation to others, then producing and experiencing music can be a way to foster such openness.
Based on these principles, and with a youth orchestra of outstanding quality, Over Entertainment wishes to share—together with collaborators, companies, institutions and audiences—a reflection on the positive results that constructive collaboration can generate.
